| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je aplikovat nástroje finanční analýzy na zvoleném podniku a na základě výsledků provedené analýzy posoudit jeho finanční situaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní charakteristiky finanční analýzy (cíle, zdroje, uživatelé, typy) a postupy výpočtů a konstrukce jednotlivých ukazatelů. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost KV-Svítidla a. s. a následně provedena finanční analýza této společnosti za období 2008 ? 2011. Veškeré hodnoty využité pro zpracování finanční analýzy byly čerpány z účetních výkazů společnosti. Výsledky provedené analýzy jsou zhodnoceny na základě odborné literatury. Závěr práce je věnovaný návrhům na zlepšení výkonnosti a efektivnosti hospodaření společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to apply basic tools of financial analysis to specific company and evaluate its financial health. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part there are presented basic characteristics of financial analysis (goals, resources, users, types), calculation procedures and also structures of particular indicators. At the begining of practical part there is an introduction of analysed company KV-Svítidla a. s.. This company is further analysed using theoretical methods of financial analysis for the perion of 2008-2011. All the information used for the evaluation was taken from financial statements of the company. Results of financial analysis are evaluated according to scientific publications. At the end of this thesis there are suggestions made about how to improve the performance and economic efficiency of the company. |
