Abstract in different language: | The application of the Lominger’s Competency Model is based on the researches and studies of Lominger International that focus on talent management and that currently significantly emphasize Learning Agility. (There are 7 global focus areas in the model identified as critical to success.) Lominger Competency is an integrated system of highly effective talent management solution. It is flexible and customizable for any company willing to adopt this systém into company strategy and company culture. For talent management is very important evaluation of learning agility. It means ability to learn something in situation A and apply it in situation B. We recommend according Eichinger and Lombardo (2000) use concept of learning agility (mental agility, people agility, change agility and results agility) to support career development. |
