Abstract in different language: Nowadays the study of absorbing materials and nuclear fuel is a very current topic. The research of burnable absorbers (sometimes called burnable poisons), control rods and soluble absorbers is very important. This paper describes the possibility of using a combination of materials as a burnable absorber and a different type of burnable absorbers (IBA/IFBA). Burnable absorber has a significant impact on regulation and control of the reactor. They serve in the reactor to compensate initial excess reactivity and thus it is possible to prolong the fuel cycle with higher enrichment of the fuel. In the first part of this paper, the burnable absorber composed of 2 elements is described and the best combination is selected based on the depletion calculations. The second part describes the use of IFBA, as well as the calculation with different layer thickness of burnable absorber. Then the obtained results are evaluated. Finally, the comparison between the results for IBA and IFBA is made and the most suitable solution for the EPR is chosen.
