| Abstract: | Predkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o hodnocení kvality koutových svaru hybridního svarování v ruzných variacích - s prídavným drátem, bez prídavných materiálu, s predehrevem ci dohrevem materiálu. Teoretická cást diplomové práce popisuje princip indukcního ohrevu a jeho hlavního úskalí, laserové svarování a vlastnosti materiálu, jejich tepelné zpracování a v neposlední rade numerické modelování. Poslední cást je pak venována vytvoreným numerickým modelum a hodnocení jednotlivých procesu z hlediska vývinu tepla v materiálu a vliv na jeho výslednou strukturu a vlastnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | Submitted Master thesis deals with quality evaluation of corner weld of hybrid welding for different variations - with additional wire, without additional materials, with preheating or postheating of the material. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the principle of induction heating and their main problems, laser welding and material properties, their heat treatment and numerical modeling. The last part is devoted to created numerical models and evaluation of individual processes in terms of heat generation in the material and its influence on its final structure and properties. |
