| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem katalogů práv v Anglii, a to konkrétně v 17. století. V následujících kapitolách diplomové práce se věnuji historickému kontextu této doby, ale především jednotlivým katalogům práv. Jedná se o práci výhradně teoretickou. V závěru shrnuji veškeré poznatky získané na základě studií v této práci. Během vypracovávání závěrečné práce jsem použila odbornou cizojazyčnou literaturu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the development of human rights catalogs in England, of the 17th century. In the following chapters of the thesis I deal with the historical context of this period, I mainly focus on the individual historical legal documents. This is a purely theoretical thesis. In conclusion I summarize all the knowledge gained during the studies in this thesis. During elaboration of my final thesis I used foreign-language literature. |
