| Abstract: | Uvedená diplomová práce poskytuje veškeré informace týkající se osobních dokladů v podobě občanských průkazů a cestovních dokladů. S těmito pojmy je však spjato mnoho jiných aspektů, zejména pak institut státního občanství ČR, ale také rodné číslo, i o těchto pojmech práce pojednává. Teoretická část je doplněna o rozsáhlou přílohovou část, jež se pojí s kapitolami o vývoji vzhledu uvedených dokladů a o část praktickou, ta je odrazem výkonu agendy občanských průkazů a cestovních dokladů v rámci správního odboru MěÚ Domažlice. Práce primárně vychází ze současné právní úpravy těchto dokladů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis provides all information related to personal documents in the form of ID cards and travel documents. However, many other aspects are connected with these concepts, especially the institute of citizenship of the Czech Republic, but also the birth number, and the thesis also deals with these concepts. The theoretical part is supplemented by an extensive appendix, which is connected with the chapters on the development of the appearance of these documents and the practical part, which is a reflection of the agenda of identity cards and travel documents within the administrative department of the Domažlice Municipal Office. The work is primarily based from the current legislation of these documents. |
