| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětské mozkové obrny a metodou TheraSuit. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny příčiny vzniku tohoto onemocnění, formy onemocnění, doprovodné nemoci a způsoby léčby. Dále je definována metoda TheraSuit, která se využívá při léčbě pacientů s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Popsán je zde vznik a obsah této metody, princip, na kterém metoda funguje a také indikace a kontraindikace. Praktická část je vypracována formou tří kazuistik. V každé kazuistice je podrobně popsána terapie dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou pomocí metody TherSuit a následně vyhodnocena. Vliv metody TheraSuit na tuto skupinu pacientů jsem ověřovala na základě tří stanovených hypotéz. Hodnotila jsem, zda se pomocí TheraSuit zlepší trupová stabilita, zda se pacient posune do vyššího stádia podle Vojtovy reflexní lokomoce a zda se zlepší chůze. V rámci celého sledovaného souboru se hypotézy nepotvrdily. Shrnutí a výsledky hypotéz jsou uvedeny v závěrečné diskuzi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with issues of cerebral palsy and the TheraSuit method. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I present the causes of this illness, forms of the illness, concomitant diseases and treatment possibilities. Next, I define the TheraSuit method, which is used as a treatment for patients suffering from cerebral palsy. An origin and content of the method is described along with the principle of this method upon which this method works, and indications and contraindications. The practical part is elaborated in the form of three case histories. In each case, a detailed TheraSuit therapy of the child suffering from cerebral palsy is described and then evaluated. I verified the effect of the TheraSuit method on these patients using three in advanced stated hypotheses. I evaluated if the TheraSuit method helps to improve torso stability, if the patient proceeds to a higher level in the Vojta's reflexive locomotion, and if patient's walk improves. In the framework of the whole set of patients, the hypothesis were not confirmed. The summary and the results are indicated in the final discussion. |
