Abstract:	Článek je zaměřen na plánovanou novelu zákoníku práce v oblasti práce na dálku (tzv. home office) a kriticky hodnotí pozitiva i negativa připravované právní regulace. Článek nejenže upozorňuje na důsledky, které by v praxi mohly nastat, dojde-li k přijetí právní úpravy v navrhované podobě, ale zabývá se i některými dalšími oblastmi, které novela upravit měla, avšak zákonodárce tak neučinil.
Abstract in different language:	The article is focused on the planned amendment to the Labor Code in the area of remote work (so-called home office) and critically evaluates the positives and negatives of the upcoming legal regulation. The article not only draws attention to the consequences that could arise in practice if the legislation is adopted in the proposed form, but also deals with some other areas that the amendment should have modified, but the legislator did not do so.
