| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou transplantací hematopoetických kmenových buněk a potransplantační rekonstituci buněčné imunity. V práci jsou popsány základní údaje o hematopoetických kmenových buňkách, buněčné imunitě, dárcovství a samotných transplantacích. Cílem práce bylo zjisti rozdíly v rekonstituci buněčné imunity u pacientů se štěpem od příbuzného dárce a pacientů se štěpem od nepříbuzného dárce. Rekonstituce byla hodnocena na základě dat získaných z průtokového cytometru. Dále jsme také zkoumali vliv podávání kortikoidů na buněčnou rekonstituci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This paper deals with the issue of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and post-transplant reconstitution of cellular immunity. The basic data on hematopoietic stem cells, cellular immunity, donation and transplantation are described. The aim of the study was to determine the differences in the reconstitution of cellular immunity in patients with grafts from a related donor and patients with grafts from an unrelated donor. Reconstitution was assessed using flow cytometer data. We also investigated the effect of corticosteroid administration on cellular reconstitution. |
