| Abstract: | Na přelomu roku 2019 a 2020 zaskočilo celý svět náhlé vypuknutí onemocnění COVID-19. Šokující byla jednak rychlost a intenzita šíření infekce, jednak komplikace a překážky, jež s sebou přinášela. Pandemie COVID-19 způsobila značné obtíže zejména v oboru zdravotnictví. O zkušenostech sester při pandemii COVID-19 je publikováno již mnoho studií. V této bakalářské práci jsme se zaměřili na popis zkušeností vedoucích sester při řízení ošetřovatelské péče v době pandemie COVID-19, o kterých není mnoho známo. Po zpracování rešerše a následného pečlivého výběru jsme zahrnuli do naší přehledové práce dvanáct kvalitativních zahraničních studií. Z dosažených informací jsme identifikovali pět hlavních témat: konfliktní emoce vedoucích sester, krizové řízení ošetřovatelské péče, vyjádřená podpora, osobní rozvoj vedoucích sester a vděčnost a hrdost vedoucích sester. Informovanost o této problematice může být nápomocná při tvorbě podpůrných programů nebo organizačních strategií při podobné krizové situaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | At the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, the whole world was surprised by the sudden outbreak of COVID-19. The speed and intensity of the spread of infection was shocking, but also the complications and obstacles was brought with it. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused considerable difficulties, particularly in the health sector. Many studies have already been published on the experiences of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this undergraduate thesis, we have focused on describing the experiences of head nurses in managing nursing care during the COVID-19 pandemic. After conducting our research and consistent careful selection, we have included twelve qualitative international studies. From the information obtained, we have identified five main themes: conflicting emotions of head nurses, crisis management in nursing care, expressed support, personal development of head nurses, and gratitude and pride of head nurses. Awareness of these issues may be helpful in developing support programs or organizational strategies during a similar crisis situation. |
