Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí, vyhodnocení a výkresovou dokumentaci (hřídel, sestava). V přílohách jsou uvedeny další informace o manipulačních zařízeních. |
Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a free-standing handling device for plastic blisters. The first part of the work contains general information about ENGEL, competing companies and their products. Subsequently, the requirements are specified, from important features to the time schedule. After determining the specifications, three alternatives are proposed, of which one is selected using the EDSM method. In the second part, the given alternative is used. The frame is constructed in the MayTec software from aluminum profiles, and then the entire assembly is designed in the Inventor Professional software. Sub-components of the structural design are evaluated using predictive calculations. The most heavily loaded parts are analyzed using the FEM method. The conclusion of the work contains a summary, evaluation and drawing documentation (shaft, assembly). Additional information on handling devices is provided in the appendices. |
