Abstract in different language: | The article presents the process of implementation of stakeholder management in the municipality using the method of „stakeholder circle“. The model of stakeholder identification and classification is analysed for selected government of Banská Bystrica Region – Municipal Office Banská Bystrica - following the research from 2010-2011. We used the method of brainstorming with Deputy Mayor of Municipal Office and identified 76 subjects, which we dividend in two groups – primary and secondary stakeholders. Subsequently, the identified subjects were classified with free-aspect classification system and graphically evaluated in the Stakeholder Circle SIMS software. The observed results can be stated that the key stakeholders of municipal government are the Down administrative organs (Lord Mayor, municipal council), employees and the public, which we have to communicate with and involve in the decision making process. |
