| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje právní úpravu spolků v českém právním řádu. Jejím cílem je shrnutí aktuální spolkové právní úpravy po rekodifikaci soukromého práva, její analýza a zhodnocení. V první části je nastíněn historický vývoj a vymezena právní úprava spolků. Ve druhé části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé instituty, jako je vznik a založení spolku, stanovy, členství, organizace a zánik spolku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis describes the legal regulation of associations in the Czech legal system. Its aim is to summarize the current federal legislation after the recodification of private law, its analysis and evaluation. The first part outlines the historical development and defines the legal regulation of associations. The second part discusses the various institutes, such as the establishment and establishment of the association, statutes, membership, organization and dissolution of the association. |
