| Abstract: | Autor v této diplomové práci pojednává o neaktivních obchodních korporacích a o možnostech jejich sankcionování v českém právním řádu. V úvodních kapitolách je obsažena obecná definice obchodních korporací a následně podrobněji rozebrány jednotlivé právní formy obchodních korporací. Dále je zaměřena na druhy sankcí, které je možné uložit neaktivním obchodním korporacím, přičemž je věnována pozornost právní úpravě této problematiky před a po novele zákona o obchodních korporacích z roku 2021. Závěr práce je zaměřen na německou právní úpravu neaktivních obchodních korporací a její následné komparaci s českou právní úpravou. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this diploma thesis, the author discusses inactive business corporations and the possibilities of sanctioning them in the Czech legislation. The introductory chapters contain a general definition of business corporations and then discuss in more detail the various legal forms of business corporations. He also discusses the types of sanctions that can be imposed on inactive business corporations, paying attention to the legal regulation of this issue before and after the amendment to the Business Corporations Act of 2021. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis, attention is paid to the German legislation of inactive business corporations and its subsequent comparison with the Czech legislation. |
