Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním optických a strukturních vlastností transparentních vodivých oxidů (TCO; transparent conductive oxides), specificky oxidů mědi dopovaných dusíkem. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis examines optical and structural properties of transparent conductive oxides (TCO), particularly copper oxides enhanced with nitrogen atoms. Basics of TCO theory and techniques for measuring their parameters are explained, specifically ellipsometry and Raman spectroscopy. Those are then used to measure the properties of thin film samples of nitrogen enhanced Cu\dindex{2}O, created by reactive magnetron sputtering with several different manufacturing conditions (temperature, reactive gas flow rate). The most important parameters for this work are the refraction index, extinction coefficient, band gap energy and Raman peaks, with everything depending on the energy of the light interacting with the used thin film. Different manufacturing conditions can produce a difference in the inner structure of the film and thus change the functions of the examined parameters. The measured data and their potential differences are analyzed and compared between both the different samples and potential literature covering similar materials. |
