| Abstract: | Hlavním výzkumným cílem je zmapovat roli sestry mentorky u konkrétního poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. Na základě hlavního cíle byly stanoveny dílčí cíle: zjistit názory na roli mentorky z pohledu studentů; zjistit motivaci všeobecných sester k výkonu mentorství; zjistit limity a benefity mentoringu z pohledu studentů a mentorů; komparovat výsledky obou sledovaných skupin; vytvořit návrh výstupu do klinické praxe korespondující s výsledky empirického zjištění. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main research goal is to map the role of a mentor nurse in a specific healt care provider. Based on the main goal, partial ones were determited: to find out opinions about the role of mentor from point of view of students; to find out motivation of general nurses to perform mentoring; find out the limits and benefits of mentoring from the students and mentors point of view; compare the result of both monitored groups; create a proposal for output to clinical practice corresponding to the results of empirical findings. |
